Kelly’s reason for not showing up for the hearing? He refused transport to the court building.

This was the first hearing for Kelly regarding the alleged sex charges since he was taken into police custody.

According to Kelly’s lawyers, the marshal service assigned to transport R Kelly to court thought that it would be a big undertaking so they “refused transport.”
