The Stylish Taste Bud: BananaNut Bread / Topped with BananaCreme Drizzle and Walnuts

INGREDIENTS (Yields One Loaf Pan)
- 2 or 3 very ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter(Salted Butter )
- 1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
- 3/4 cup sugar (Light Brown Sugar)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon of Banana Extract
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- Shelled Walnuts
GLAZE
- 1 Cup of Confectioners Sugar
- 1 TableSpoon (Half Banana Extract , Half Vanilla Extract)
- Crushed Walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350°F, Grease Loaf Pan, Set Aside
- Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth ADD melted butter into the mashed bananas.
- Mix in the baking soda, BROWN sugar, beaten egg,
- ADD Extracts and Cinnamon
- Mix in the flour.
- Mix in Walnuts
- Pour batter into Loaf Pan
- Bake for 50 minutes to 1 Hour
- Let Cool
- Top with Glaze and Crushed Walnuts
