The Stylish Taste Bud: BananaNut Bread / Topped with BananaCreme Drizzle and Walnuts

INGREDIENTS (Yields One Loaf Pan)
2 or 3 very ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
1/3 cup melted butter(Salted Butter )
1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
3/4 cup sugar (Light Brown Sugar)
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of Banana Extract
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
Shelled Walnuts
GLAZE
1 Cup of Confectioners Sugar
1 TableSpoon (Half Banana Extract , Half Vanilla Extract)
Crushed Walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°F, Grease Loaf Pan, Set Aside
Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth ADD melted butter into the mashed bananas.
Mix in the baking soda, BROWN sugar, beaten egg,
ADD Extracts and Cinnamon
Mix in the flour.
Mix in Walnuts
Pour batter into Loaf Pan
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 Hour
Let Cool
Top with Glaze and Crushed Walnuts
