The Supreme Court is refusing to take the case that freed Bill Cosby.
What this means is the lower court ruling stands and Bill Cosby remains free.
The Supreme Court ruled 4-3 to leave the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision in place.
You may recall the PA Supreme Court ruled Cosby’s right to due process had been violated because prosecutors ignored the plea deal that was in place from the previous Montgomery County DA.
