After the well-publicized incident where R&B singer Sza claimed she was racially profiled at a California Sephora store, the company has decided to take action.

After the incident, Rihanna sent Sza a gift.

The company will close 400 stores on June 5 so that employees can take part in a company-wide diversity training workshop.
In a statement, Sephora said the workshop is part of a brand new platform and tagline, “We Belong To Something Beautiful.”
