Fans are calling for LeBron James to run for U.S. Senate in his home state of Ohio.

After Ohio Sen. Rob Portman announced he would be retiring after his current term ends in 2022, many saw it as a golden opportunity for King James to launch his political career.

LeBron has been outspoken with his political views and launched the More Than A Vote campaign last year. He even said during an episode of Vice’s Stick To Sports that friends have told him he should run for President.
