Kim Foxx Subpoenaed Over Smollett Case

Chicago prosecutor Kim Foxx has just received a subpoena to appear in court in regards to her handling of the Jussie Smollett case.

The petition was filed by retired judge Sheila O’Brien who also wants to see all original
documents to prove nothing has been destroyed.

The judge believes that Foxx’s handling of the case is “plagued with irregularities” and that “Kim misled the public into believing the case was handled like any other prosecution and without influence.”

Foxx has defended her decision of dropping all 16 counts against Smollett and has no issues with an independent investigation.

Do you think Foxx is involved with any wrongdoing? Have you ever been blamed for doing something that you didn’t do?
