H.E.R. Wins Grammy for Best R&B Album

Congratulations to Gabriella Wilson, aka H.E.R. on winning the Grammy for Best R&B Album.

H.E.R. was the only R&B singer nominated in the “big four” categories and was truly surprised when she got the nod for Best R&B album.

During her acceptance speech, H.E.R. said she’d been signed to RCA since she was 14 and pointed out that she won the award for an album that was actually an EP.

Did you think H.E.R. was going to win in the Best R&B album category? Have you heard the H.E.R. album? Do you know the difference between an album and an EP?
