After spending a month in a Swedish jail A$AP Rocky is back on American soil and if things go his way, he doesn’t plan on going back.

According to Rocky’s legal team, he doesn’t have to be back in Sweden when the verdict comes down this week.

If convicted, Rocky could face two years in jail, but prosecutors are pushing for a sentence of six months.

Rocky’s legal team is confident that Rocky and the other co-defendants will receive not guilty verdicts.
