GENERAL PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION:
Responsible for the generation of local spot sales, NTR, and digital revenue.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Ø Achieving individual goals per station assigned
Ø Cultivating and maintaining new business
Ø Increasing revenue from existing client list
Ø Developing strong prospecting, presentation and closing skills to increase revenue share
Ø Maintaining/improving technical skill levels with industry software
Ø Developing/maintaining comprehensive client files to include presentations/proposals, contracts/production verifications, correspondences, timetables, etc.
Ø Fundamental knowledge of routine traffic and production procedures to help facilitate efficiency in servicing client needs.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
2-5+ years of Sales experience in a broadcast environment is preferred
Successful track record and proven ability to increase spot and NTR revenue in a competitive environment.
Strong work ethic, grasp of business basics and flexible personality.
Computer literacy required.
College graduate preferred.
