28 Seconds…Really

R. Kelly had a show this weekend and fans paid $50 and $100 to enter.  This is where it gets crazy…..For the first 35 minutes, all R. Kelly did was dance, thank fans, pose for pics and party!  After than he got on the mic, thanked the fans again and delivered a line from one of his songs….for how long?  28 SECONDS!

Do you think fans should get a refund?  Would you still go to a R.Kelly show?
